Meet Brittany

Hi, I’m Brittany! A Tucson native who adores the desert’s spirit, savors a home cooked meal, and cherishes good company. My postpartum doula journey started as a yearning for community, healing, and meaningful impact.

Feeling called to natural medicine, birth, women’s wellness, and restoring ancient knowledge and traditions, I noticed a space where all these worlds collide: the postpartum period.

Welcoming a baby into this world and into your family is momentous. And I believe we can offer parents so much more during this shift.

The postpartum period is sacred. It’s a moment of immense transition for one’s body, spirit, identity, family dynamics, and more. It’s a vulnerable time for the family, which is why it’s essential to protect and nurture the mother-baby and new family during the fourth trimester (especially in the first 40 days).

It’s so important to me that we honor this sacred window, giving new parents the compassion and support they need. I can help guide new parents as they enter parenthood, while healing their body, rebalancing their emotions, and restoring their vitality.
